Tank Sweep
All Clear Tank Sweep
Do you have clients in the market to purchase a home? Help protect their interests with tank sweep services from All Clear. Take the guesswork out of the possibility that there may be an abandoned oil tank on the property with our 5 point inspection service. Give your clients the peace of mind that there are no environmental issues lurking underground and possibly leaving them liable in the future for a costly removal and probable clean up that could have been avoided.
All Clear will perform the following 5 step inspection process:
Perform an interior inspection of the basement for any indication of pipework through the foundation that shows the possibility of an exterior oil tank.
Perform a complete exterior inspection of any additional signs of a possible abandoned tank as well as a visual inspection of any exposed foundation to help indicate any previous piping that could be associated with a subsurface tank.
All Clear will use a GSSI ground penetrating high frequency
radar to locate any subsurface anomalies consistent with an underground tank within 30 feet of any structure.Additionally All Clear will use an electromagnetic magnetic detector in any heavily landscaped or adverse areas near the structure as an additional measure to confirm that the property is in fact All Clear!
If a tank is found we will use a probing device to determine its size and depth. We will also flag and mark the total area of concern and we will recommend a trusted company for removal of your tank. We do not remove tanks to avoid conflict of
interest.
After All Clear completes the inspection a detailed report will be sent electronically to you within 48 hrs. The cost for our tank sweep inspection is a flat rate. No surprises. Additionally upon request All Clear will contact the NJDEP for a records search of the property for further piece of mind. The employees at All Clear look forward to helping you provide a complete and professional approach to home ownership that every client deserves.
