All Clear was founded in 2016 and specializes in job site safety for the excavation industry. The three owners (Steve Yotkoski, Todd Naugle, and John Charles) have over 50 years of combined experience in excavation, safety, and site preparation. We operate as a private contractor, and our services are available to any company that would like to add an extra level of security and safety to their excavation project.

With particular expertise serving the well drilling industry, All Clear is a one-stop shop for utility locating services. We use air knife /air wand and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to thoroughly detect underground cables, pipes, conduit, fuel tanks, and geological anomalies prior to excavation commencing.

All Clear provides services throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and the New York City Metropolitan area.
